Double Trident Crease Pattern

Description

Origami crease pattern of a double trident.
Double tridents are found in a variety of media, but I was specifically thinking of them in Homestuck as the ceremonial weapon of the sea dweller royalty, called Ψdon's Entente, 2x3dentkind, or whatever you want to call it.
Thin or larger paper is recommended as the layers build up quickly. Golden foil paper or even tissue foil adds a nice metallic touch. Wet folding helps for non-foil papers.
As box-pleated designs go, this is almost as simple as you can get; it's basically a pleat-sunk (sinking in and out) pig base. If you know a little bit of origami, this is a good introduction to the box-pleating technique. The concentric rectangles alternate between mountain and valley and the overall design is symmetric.
This model does better on 32 x 32 grid but I drew it in 16 x 16 for simplicity.
This could be made out of a longer rectangle to make shorter prongs, but a square is simplest and results in more cartoon-like proportions.

The black lines are major creases while the gray ones are hinge creases (where they flex attached to the larger part).
The collapsed cp will have flaps arranged something like this.

Then shape to taste. Here are some general suggestions Round out the central "valley" on either side helps to make a better handle. Also do this for the central prongs. Squash the triangles at the ends of the side prongs to made shaping easier. As mentioned earlier, using foil paper or wet folding helps to keep it narrow and shapely.
