Description

Are these Bro/Dirk or Kamina shades? They're Bro/Dirk ones because that's what I was thinking of and theirs better match the less elongated proportions of this design. 
Use a 2:1 rectangle.
The crease pattern is wrong-side up, i.e. non-colored. 
The gray dotted lines mark where the top angle of the sunglasses will be after collapsing the base.
If you use a longer rectangle (observe the two long mountain folds that extend to the left and to the right and that all other creases are limited to the central portion), you can make a more elongated model.
I've been trying to find a less collapse-intensive folding method that avoids extra creases (they'd be really obvious), but perhaps I'm just a little too picky about that.
